What you need for admission contract procedure
Long Term Tenancy Contract
Visa holders for study, work, working holiday or other long term stay in Japan, J-Dream requires residents to make long term tenancy contract.
- 2 ID photos (write name on the back)
- Photocopy of Passport (including personal information section, Japanese visa, Immigration stamp)
- Cash payment
Short Term Stay
Travelers, generally with less than 3month entry permission, are offered daily rate.

กแ Check Out
For those with long term tenancy contract, please note that some procedures are necessary for check out.
- Please notify your dormitory manager, of your intention of extension or ending contract, at least 1month before your contract ends. Failing to do so will result automatic extension of your contract without your intention.
- When leaving your room you are requested to clean the room before room inspection carried out by your dormitory manager.
- Keys, and telephone card must be returned before check out.
- All outstanding fees and charges must be paid before check out. Deposit cannot be a credit to pay outstanding balance.
- Deposit will be refunded in full, if there are no damages in your room, 4weeks after check out.
