■ Expense Details

• Admission Fee : Non-refundable fee paid at the time of admission.
  
  
• Facility Charge : Covers for maintenance of common facilities at dormitories and insurance.
  
  
• Utility Charge : 200-yen daily for usage of electricity, gas and water at common area of dormitories.
  
  
• Electricity charge : Electricity used at each individual room. Amount is measured by electricity meters attached to the rooms.
  (Our record shows that average monthly electricity bill is approximately 3,000yen ~ 4,000yen)
  
  
• Monthly Rent : Usually paid in upfront for minimum 3months period. Various discount is given for lump sum payment.
  
  
• Security Deposit : If there are no damages in the room, it is fully refundable.
  (Security deposit will be deduct if there any outstanding payment after leaving the dormitories.)
  
  
• Monthly Payment
  All fees and charges are calculated and billed on 20th of every month. Amount are to be paid at manager’s office by 25th of respective month. 3,000yen late fee will be charged each day after 25th unless the managers are notified of reasonable causes for arrear.
