Students arriving from overseas
Upfront payment for minimum 3months contract must be made at the time of admission. *1
Contract term begins on the 26th of March, June, September, or December before
the commencement of respective semesters.
Durations of contract are 3months, 6months and 1year.
e.g.) a semester commencing in April, with a contract term of :
- 3 months contract
: Mar.26th ~ Jun. 25th
- 6 months contract
: Mar. 26th ~ Sep. 25th
- 1 year contract
: Mar. 26th ~ Mar. 25th, next year.
Daily rent payment will be arranged for those who are moving before / after the 26th.

If you are already in Japan
If you have already been living in Japan for more than 6months, upfront payment for contract terms is not required.
Minimum 3months contract is required.

J-Dream was originally established as an international student dormitory. In a sake of promoting diversity of its residents. J-Dream is now open to people regardless their nationalities or residential status.
